A 5th-generation Key West native with a USCG Master Captain's license, John has been running charters full-time since 2008. He grew up on these reefs and knows the secret ledges, wrecks and rips that hold fish when everyone else is running blind.
The Heavy Hitter — a 2015 34' Contender center console — is his weapon of choice. Twin Yamaha 300s, full Simrad electronics suite, live bait wells, tower and everything you need to fish comfortably and safely up to 70 miles offshore.
